Currently, the only place to view an employee absence or 'absence reason' is to open each individual daily field report. It would be MUCH more helpful to have a report that shows all absences for a given employee over a specified period of time.

It would be ideal if an employee can enter absent for the day and enter zero hours if they do not want to take PTO as a place marker so the payroll personnel knows that an Employee time card is not outstanding for that day
