Make preferred vendors tab for jobs when purchasing or quote. For example say there are only certain suppliers up there that or certain suppliers that deliver. you can set them so that way you know who will deliver and who wont. This should also be on the job screen so if a foreman has to call to get something they know what suppliers are authorized for that job.
