Would save me so much time. Every month I enter hundreds of invoices. I go job by job because they are all contract based, so entering all the invoices and printing them all at the same time would be a paperwork nightmare. Currently I have to enter the invoice, go to the print screen, find the invoice I need to print, and print it. It would be great to have a "Print Draft" invoice next to my "Save Invoice" button. Click click DONE!

I am happy to inform you that we are introducing some significant improvements to our A/R invoice process this fall, including a Draft status where you can print the invoices on demand without printing the whole batch if you don't want to. We are beginning this fall with Contract Billing, and will be exploring similar options in Spring 2015 for T&M Billings.
To add on to this, I am a subcontractor, and we do work for probably 20 different general contractors, each who require their own separate paperwork to be filled out and accompanied with the invoice. This is another reason I can't just go through and print 100 invoices all at once and would love the ease of printing a draft from the invoice screen.
Aside, I don't know anything about programming software, but I would assume the invoice has to be saved before it can be printed, so maybe a "Save & Print Draft" button would make sense.
