It would be so MUCH better to be able to scan documents directly into the system - Scan directly into a Project, Vendor, Customer etc.. vs. the old scan into a folder, rename, drag and drop method. This would save a lot of time. Even the effort of the Advance Image Manager is a lame effort!

AIM works great (with the exception of a 'glitch' I believe we found - you can use AIM and drag and drop different pages into the appropriate binder for different records, but if you are on 1 record and try to drag and drop different pages and then save that record - which ever was the last page you dragged and dropped will be the one it saves to all of the lines...lol). But other than that, I am pretty impressed with AIM and its ease of use.
I agree. In Management Suite, when you entered an invoice, you could scan and attached with the click of a button. Currently I scan the invoices, put them into an invoice folder and then attached when I enter the invoices. The Advance Image Manager is a poor substitute for the push a button and scan when entering data.
