Because of the variety of General Contractors I work for, each customer has a different billing process. Many have their own customs forms I must fill out on an invoice by invoice basis. Because of this, I do one job and one invoice at a time, then I print the correlated waiver, then I fill out the needed extra forms and submit.
Currently, I must save/print the invoice, post the invoice, then go get the lien waiver. Who wants to post every single invoice one at a time? I would rather post a huge batch when I'm done sending my 150 invoices for the month.
It would save TONS of time, allowing me the option to print the conditional lien waiver when I hit "Save as ready to post".
I understand that if things were to get changed before posting, it could affect lien $$ tracking, but I feel we could still make it work.
See attached for my two ideas for UI where I see this being added in for ease of use, and excuse my crummy MS Paint skills.
