I keep finding that the Product and/or the Categories available are not complete and none apply to the idea I am submitting. For instance this one. Perhaps an "Web Site" product or "All Modules" category or even an "Other" (with a write-in field) for both.

While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

Bob you are are 100% correct. Where are you supposed to put suggestions, like improve the learning portal. Have you tried to look up something, only to not b able to find anything in the portal. The learning portal in another example of needing improvement. I can't tell you how many times I've look for something and can't find it. Truly frustrating..
