Certified payroll codes are modified multiple times per year. The things I have to change are rates, multiple fringes and deductions. It would be useful to be able to review entries in a simple column spreadsheet format that doesn't mix or stack data.
Having the items in separate columns would allow you to scan & spot entry errors. I have 17 certified classifications that I use for payroll. For each class I create codes with different Health & Welfare recoup deductions. All of the data is the same for rates and fringes. Because the recoups differ, I end up creating / modifying 119 codes.
There is currently no report or simple way to review the data that has been entered on multiple tab folders for the active codes.

I agree.
Wow, I was just about to say that since I have been struggling for the last two days to update compensation rates. I have about 70 different Compensation Rates to watch over and keep up to date. To change them one has to enter three or four codes (for each rate) to even bring up the data. A more spreadsheet-like approach to be able to make changes would certainly be welcome.
