Suggestion: Update a new employment status, under the "Employment Status" tab>Change Status Reason>
Solution: Make change effective as the date inputted. For example: If I have an employee who has given a 2 weeks notice for their last day of employment. If I enter the future date of their last day of work on the day the employee submits their notice, it omits the employee from being selected from the payroll timecards and the employee is set as inactive from the day I entered the "Change Status Reason" as opposed to the future date entered.
