Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
Currently, when posting long detailed journal transactions, there is no way to save your work to continue later.
Also, there is no way to recall a posted transaction to be able to copy and then paste it as a new one.
If we could recall a transaction to use as the basis for a new one, we would would be able to correct a prior posting by recalling it, copying it, fixing it, and then saving it. Then we could void the original. This would save lots of time a frustration for startup balances, adjusting entries, and fixes.
Sage 100 Contractor does this very well and it is a great option to have.
