I recently opened a case to report what I assumed was a bug. When generating a T&M invoice, if one edits the quantity of an imported line item, the unit price disappears (and vice-versa). I was told that this was "by design". I cannot think of any reason to "design" it to behave this way. This is rather annoying since, if I don't write down the price before I change the quantity, the only way to get the price back is to abort the editing of the whole invoice and start over.

Agreed! The unit price should not be affected by changing the quantity field. Why should it?
This is poor programming IMO.
