Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
When I print the payroll Hours and Earnings Report, I would like to have the option of how it prints. In other words, I like to check the time the same way I entered it. So if I entered 3 people to an overhead account, I would like the report to print in data entry order. This way I am not jumping around looking to make sure I keyed the time correct. This is even more important when I code time to the jobs, as I can have 10 - 15 employees on a job and working 5 - 10 different cost codes. The way the report currently prints, it prints each day in order, but not the employees. I entered the time based on the time card as Employee 1, Employee 2, Employee 3, Employee 4, etc. But when the report prints it will print Employee 5, Employee 1,Employee 3, Employee 4, Employee 3, etc.
