Maxwell worked great for this feature! In Pre-Invoice Entry, after entering all the info I clicked a scan button, it scanned and IT NAMED the invoice by the information I put in. That was so much more effective than the Bulk Scanning! Each invoice has it's on corrections to be made if the sales tax isn't the same as the PO! If I have to make notes on the invoice, I have to re-scan; very time consuming! When entering and invoice, the system should then allow you to scan, NOT BEFORE!
