Changing County of Sales Tax through Vendor Invoice Entry

When entering a PO you assume all parts will be shipped to the site address and you select the county for that site.  When the invoice comes in, sometimes the parts are picked up or they are sent to the office address.  You should be able to select the Tax Detail line and change the county so that the sales tax is reported in the correct county w/o having enter another PO.
