Reduce Item Quantities/Amounts
Our company often has to reduce an item quantity or billed amount, however the system will not allow us to reduce below the previously billed amount. Rather than have to create another cost code to reduce the item or adjust invoices, we would like to be able to reduce the item on the next billing.
