Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
Currently you select a thru date and then must pick each invoice or all invoices. I would like to see a selection option that automatically selects all the invoices (the way Management Suite did). You said a cut off date of for example Sept 30, 2015 and it automatically marked all the invoices as selected for payment. If there was an invoice you didn't want to pay, you deselected it. The current method is far to time consuming. Also, the take discount even if past the discount date should be on the front screen of the select invoices for payment, not the detail screen.
Also, when I select the invoices for payment, I don't want to see all the detail for each invoice, therefore, it would be great to have the option to have the report, print only the invoice number and amounts. This is a real waste of paper if you are paying hundreds of invoices. The detail is fine for the final posting report, but when you are printing the proof report, you don't always want the detail.
in addition, it would be nice for the report to show the gross invoice amount, the discount amount, retainage amount and the net amount along with the number of checks you will be issuing on the report.

I agree with Gayle Brinkley. We just changed from American Contractor to Pro Contractor and the process was so much simpler and less time consuming. Automation should make our lives easier not more time consuming.
