Submit Your Suggestions For ProContractor

Proposed idea is to make a workflow in ProContractor AP payment selection whereby once a payment selection list is assembled, a reviewer can browse through sequential pdf views of each invoice image in the payment selection list, in the order of the list.  Alternately, create a version/view of the pre-payment selection list with active links to the invoice images in the report.

We are scanning and attaching all AP invoice images in ProContractor and using paperless routing & approval workflow.  We still have a paper-based AP disbursement review process which involves the AP clerk generating a payment selection list, pulling the associated hard copy invoices from our unpaid invoice paper filing system for final review and payment,   The Controller reviews the payment selection list and verifies the details of each disbursement, comparing to the hard copies of the invoices being paid - looking for any discrepancies, errors, notes, providing a final opportunity to correct and address issues before the checks are cut.  

We would like to take this process paperless - it's the last step before we can discard (or not produce in the first place) paper copies of incoming AP invoices.  Searching and opening individual invoice images from "View Vendor Invoice" is too time consuming for this review and approval process that involves a quick-look audit of  200-300 invoices against the payment selection report prior to checks being issued.
