It would be helpful if you could create a direct deposit file before you post the payroll. We recently had a problem with one employee in our direct deposit file. This caused the entire batch to be rejected by the bank. Since we could not recreate the direct deposit file after the error was corrected, we had to void each check, correct the problem, and re-enter each timecard again. This was very time consuming. It would be very helpful if you could make corrections, re create the file and send it to the bank without having to void checks and re-enter all the information again.
