Ability to calculate employer tax burden for work performed in specific areas (this is not an income tax).

In the State of Oregon, any work performed in Transit areas requires that the employer pay a % of payroll earned in those areas.  These areas are the major cities in Oregon so most Oregon employers need the feature.  It was easily handled in American Contractor through Local Tax Burden.  This is a payroll tax requirement that is part of the Oregon Quarterly Payroll Tax Report.
