Add the Binder to Create Journal Entry so we can scan in document support for each entry

We'd like to see the ability to scan in documentation for each journal entry just as we do with projects, subcontracts, purchase orders, etc.

  Support documents for journal entries are an essential element for internal control. Proper documentation gives Journal Approvers adequate detail to ensure an entry is reasonable and accurate. It also helps to satisfy audit requirements. A binder option for posting these documents is imperative.

  Have a way to attach documents to journal entries Merged

  In most areas of the program there is a way to attach documents to transactions. Journal entries shouldn't be any different. Please add a binder attachment option for journal entries.
