Add "Project" as a selection field on the View Vendor Lien Document Logs

Currently with the selection fields for the View Vendor Lien Document Logs, you can select the Vendor, Company and Status, but not the Project.  If you want only one project, you have to retrieve all the open lien notices and then narrow it down by project.  As the number of projects grows, the list is getting longer and longer and takes more time to open.

I handled this by adding a filter for each of my projects and I change them as projects finish.
