Make adjustments to credit card entries without having to void it and re-enter it. Nothing is simple in the program, entering a credit card entry certainly isn't. Why can't we just open up the entry and make a small change?! The most recent issue we had, one of our guys went to a restaurant and put down the wrong tip amount. When the credit card statement came in, we found the error and could only fix it by voiding and re-entering, just to fix a small issue. When you void it, you cannot use the same invoice # so we have to add an "R" for revision at the end. We have 20 credit cards, and have several credit card entries a day, there are going to be errors, let us fix them in a simple way.
