Our employees can work up to 3 different prevailing wage classifications/rates on one project in the same week. When the employee works as a “labor” classification/pay rate we can deduct 3 fringe benefits. When he works as a “painter 1”, we can deduct only 2 benefits. Each employee’s fringe benefit contributions differ so entering the fringe amount in the compensation rates tab will not work. Also, each fringe has a maximum amount per classification. It would help to able to enter that max as well.
3 pay classes per employee, 3 x 35 = 105 pay classes that have to be updated 2-4 time a year is ridiculous and far from efficient.
