Either make "all time cards" the default option for Calculate Taxes and Deductions or fix the issue so that it will actually calculate "new and changed time cards only"

Simple fix would have to to automatically default to "all time cards" since the calculating for new and changed time cards only doesn't work.  When we were training we were told this was being looked into, but I don't see where it is listed in any of these suggestions so I wanted to make sure it was brought to someones attention.

    My vote is to make "All Timecards" the default. If importing transactions, 'All Timecards" needs to be performed and this is a high case driver which is time costly to troubleshoot
