Caltrans projects here in Calif. still require the full SS#. While paychecks require only the last 4 digits, toggling the feature on and off for printing paychecks then to print out Certified Reports is just very time consuming, not to mention if you forget to turn it back to the 4 digits for paychecks the next week you will have to reprint paychecks. :(

I am able to use the [SocialSecurityNumberFullValue] option in Modify Reports for CPR, but am not seeing the option for Quarterly Reports either. Jennifer or Sandi, how did you guys end up fixing this for your Quarterly Reports?
Happy to help!
Found it, I had to make a separate report just for the CA CalTrans jobs, but that works, thanks!

I still have to toggle the Full SS# on and off to print the full number on my Quarterly Payroll Reports L it is not showing the “full ss#” option for that report.
Thanks,
Sandi McClure

Whoops! I take that back, Sandi. It's in "Modify Reports".
Yes, that's right!
Would that be in the "Modify Forms" ?
Hi, Sandi! I was able to make a quick modification to the certified payroll report to make this happen. Use the [SocialSecurityNumberFullValue] field to use full SS#. Hopefully that does the trick for you!
