Need an option in payroll settings pay rate determination that allows the higher rate rule to include the Pay Rate AND the Fringe Rate as part of the calculation for determining higher rate. It is currently only comparing employees non-prevailing wage versus their prevailing pay rate (that doesn't include the hourly fringe rate) and we are having to manually make adjustments to rates in timecards, when essentially their prevailing rate plus fringe rate is actually higher than their non-prevailing rate.
