This would be useful because most employees work a week then get paid for it the following. So when I asked if i could put the wage and rate increases in ahead of time I was not told that it would be effective on the check date. So I have a payroll that was for the last week of June and the employees weren't entitled to the raises yet and because the check date was in July it gave them the increases. or your customer service needs to make sure the callers are more informed.
