Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
When trying to be paperless, sometimes a challenge arises from not being able to utilize markups on the PDF scanned copy of the AP Invoice. Currently our AP team receives all the invoices and immediately scan and enter them into ProContractor. From there the PMs do their approval and cue them for posting.
Often there are times when the invoice needs to be marked up by the PM. Note fields in ProContractor are great for an internal depository of any information identified by the PM, but because of the majority of our projects being a T&M we have to supply the AP invoices along with the client billing packet. It would be very beneficial if the invoice inside of ProContractor were the marked up copy for easier downloading and compiling so we do not ever have to have a paper copy.
