Right now, if you have a weekly PR cycle and on the Import Transaction screen you check that box to limit DFR's in the list to the open pay period only, you can still get DFR's up to month older in your list. So this checkbox doesn't gain you much, especially for people with a weekly pay cycle. Possibly on the Pay cycle set up screen, you could add a beginning pay period date along with the ending pay period date and the check date. So you'd enter the first day of the pay period, last day of the pay period and the check date on the pay cycle screen. I would think that most HR/PR people know those beg/end pay period dates from cycle to cycle. That way, you don't have to allow for a monthly, bi-weekly pay cycle when using that check box, you'd know based on the beginning and ending pay period dates what DFR's should be looked at for that open pay cycle when that box is checked.
