Increase the Character Limits in the Customer Invoice Line Item Description Like the T&M Invoice

This would be very helpful for everyone who uses this invoice template.  I use this invoice template because of the ability to show retainage.  The line item description in the T&M  invoice has a "pencil drop down" to be able to change font, type and view the entire description of that line item.  It would be very helpful  if the customer invoice worked the same way.
