So... unless I'm doing something wrong but I followed the instructions. The invoice routing in PC is NOT efficient AT ALL! We have a high volume of invoices that go to several project managers. It is not an efficient way to route invoices if we have to email each invoice individually. I seem to recall that American Contractor used a batch system rather than selecting posting groups and the approval process seemed easier and more efficient.
