Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
Whenever entering a vendor invoice for a particular vendor, have the system pop-up with any open PO's or Subcontracts available for that vendor.
The problem we have run into is that if a vendor invoice that needs to be applied to a Subcontract/PO is missed and the costs are just distributed, there is no way to go back and change the invoice to apply to a Subcontract/PO. At least if it popped up, you would have the opportunity to be made aware that there are some subcontracts/po's available for this vendor and deny or choose one at that point.
