Zoom function for AP invoices during approval in separate window

When a PDF is attached to the AP invoice and one is going through the approval, allow for the user to zoom in and out on the PDF in the "Open in new window". Currently, when the separate window opens, it is static. If the PDF has fine print, then it is difficult to read. This forces the user to "open" the PDF in a separate application (such as Adobe Acrobat) to view the PDF and zoom into it. Ideally a user does not have to bounce back and forth between applications to do approval. Having the PDF open in a separate application forces the user to cross reference rather than have the current invoice approving be auto-populated in the view screen.
