This would allow the USER to change his password and create a more secure user profile. The administrator would not have to keep track of maintaining password changes, but could still enter a password if the user forgot his, or the user no longer works for the company. This could be an option in the new user setup, and if you did not want to have it to change, you have an option to not change password periodically. And, be able to select how may days you want the password to reset-30, 60 90 120....

This is a very good idea. Coming from an IT background, security should be a top priority. I know it sometimes can be a pain to have to change that password, but it will cut down on potential hackers. Frankly, I am surprised this was not already built into the system with all of the cyber threats these days.
