It is absolutely irritating to get an error message when entering data that does not tell you why you got the message. Example: Entered time to complete payroll yesterday and got PTO error message on several employees for whom I DID NOT EVEN ENTER ANY PTO TIME. Today went to post Job Contract invoices and when I went to post got error message not all forms were printed. I put this under payroll, however there needs to be a choice for all modules.
AM I THE ONLY ONE TOTALLY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS. IT IS BEYOND STUPID TO CONSTANTLY HAVE TO CALL SUPPORT BECAUSE THE ERROR MESSAGES ARE NOT EXPLAINED IN TERMS THAT THE END USER CAN FIX THEMSELVES. THIS IS BEYOND A IRRITATING TO HAVE TO CALL IN AND THE WAIT FOR A CALL BACK FROM SUPPORT WHEN MANY TIMES IT IS SOMETHING WE COULD DO OURSELVES IF THE MESSAGES WERE PUT IN USER FRIENDLY TERMS.
I am more and more convinced that they don't care what we want, just want to take our money.
