If time was missed on a previous payroll or an additional term check needs to be cut the same day as payroll it would be helpful to not have to open another batch to process the second check. It will also save paper.

Ditto - when we were training on this system 3 years ago we expressed how archaic this system is that we had to run separate batches for 2nd checks. It does waste a lot of paper. I vote YES this should be a priority!
I agree this is way to time consuming to have to run a 2nd payroll for term'd employees, or say you accidently short paid an employee and want to cut a 2nd check for that shortage. It is STUPID to have to run a 2nd payroll for this. Just saying, get with the current century Viewpoint.
