Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
When you input a journal entry, there is a field titled "memo" where you can put in the description of your journal entry. The problem is that you can never pull up that field again. Not in Journal Entry Reports or in View Financial Activity Grids. This makes it very hard if you want to pull up a specific journal entry from 3 or 4 months ago. You have to figure out if it's journal entry 147 or journal entry 253.

What's the point of a "memo" field if there is no way to access it at a later time? This needs addressed asap.
