Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
Instead of having the cost code auto populate, I would like the ability to change the cost code to the appropriate cost code, but still have the ability to import the data from the excel spreadsheet. This would save time for me. I would not have to enter the time by Employee (manual or spreadsheet( and then use the Enter Equipment Usage Time Card (manually). One less step, more time for other items.

We have just begun to post equipment usage through payroll. We have separate cost codes for the labor and equipment usage. I need to be able to change the cost code in the equipment section, so that our budgets are being met correctly.
