In California, employees can accrue up to 48 per year, but the employer can limit the use to 24 hours per year. We would like to cap the accrual at 48, but only show time available to use (24 hours per year) on checks. Ideally at anniversary date the remaining accrual would transfer the available to use bucket, up to 24.
