When you enter a contract invoice, you can see the change orders and mark them up. However, when you create the PDF and view it, the payment application does not show the change orders. They are within the cost codes. I think being able to see the change orders are beneficial to the project managers as well as the customers. Project managers can view the breakdown better to mark up the changes. Customers can see the changes and know what they were for and the amount instead of being lumped into cost codes.

What we do is create a billing code for the change management record ex. "Co.01 - CO #1 CMR 4,6,&8" but this creates a problem when you don't know ahead of time which CMR is going to go on what Change Order. But it will help you see it separately on the Invoice, which is what you are wanting to do.
