AIA SCHEDULE OF VALUES FOR INVOICING NEEDS TO SUBTOTAL EACH COLUMN AND DIVISION

WHEN WE SET UP A JOB FOR AIA INVOICING.  WHEN SET UP PHASE O AS THE BASE CONTRACT AND THEN HAVE INIDIVIUAL LINES FOR EACH TYPE OF WORK PERFORMED.  IF CHANGE ORERS ARE RECEIVED WE SET THAT UP AS PHASE 1 AND EACH CHANGE ORDER IS ENTERED AS A SEPARATE LINE OR LINES THERE.  AT THE END OF EACH PHASE THERE SHOULD BE SUBTOTALS FOR EACH COLUMN AND THEN A GRAND TOTAL AT THE END OF THE INVOICE LIKE THERE WAS IN MANAGEMENT SUITE.  I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS WASN'T DONE.  JUST ANOTHER CASE OF WE WERE PROMISED EVERYTHING WE HAD IN MMS, BUT IT ISN'T THERE.  THIS CANNOT BE THAT HARD TO DO, IT NEEDS TO BE DONE ASAP.
