Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
Currently when the Project Engineers go to Selected Invoices to look up the cost code for coding it only shows the cost codes that can be posted to. However, we would love it if the lookup screen would show the headers as well. We understand that they shouldn't choose it for a posting code but perhaps it could just be shown in the lookup as grayed out so that it can help the engineers choose the correct code. After all it is why we create the headers in the first place so that we can be more specific about the cost code that they are looking at. Right now the example I see is under the Labor Performance Report if you do a lookup for cost code for that report it does show the headers. I would love that same ability in all areas of ProContractor when looking up a cost code.
