Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
Allow only one user at a time in AP Approve Vendor Invoices and Daily Field Reports (Projects/Project Document/View Project Document Log). In our system, allowing multiple users in those areas at the same time is interfering with the accuracy of the saved file. It appears when one user (user 1) makes a change and saves their work and the other user (user 2) has the same daily field report open and has made changes user 2 changes are gone once he/she saves it.
