Once you type in the vendor and invoice number when you're entering an Invoice, it essentially "locks you out" from being able to change either of those. Lately I have memorized vendor codes so I type that in, instead of clicking the three dots since it's faster, but if I hit one wrong digit then I have to delete the invoice and re-enter. It's very unforgiving and a big time waster.

I agree! You should be able to change all areas until you save it and even then you should be able to make changes until the invoice is paid. The accounting portion of this software is substandard compared to others and Viewpoint does not seem to value their customers.

I couldn't agree more. Nothing is more unforgiving than this software. You spend more time correcting things because the software locks you out of making changes. This should be a no brainer change. It is bad enough that the software isn't any where close to what we were promised when we purchased it.
