I spent two days searching for how to record a check from our Insurance Company for a return premium on our policy. I searched Refund - Vendor Refund - Vendor Credit - Check from Vendor - Refund from Vendor. I accidentally found what I needed in while I was reading about Customers. It was under Customers > Cash Receipts > Enter Miscellaneous Receipts.
