We had fraudulent activity on our checking account and our banker suggested we use Positive Pay in order to keep that from happening again. Evidently many other accounting software systems have the ability to create this file in order to catch fraudulent activity before it happens.

Over a year later and it's being "reviewed". yay?
Positive Pay is becoming a banking-industry standard and this is an imperative option that needs to be added. Currently all this information has to be hand-keyed into the banking app; it is time consuming and also leaves room for mistakes. Even Quickbooks has this feature.
