Currently when you receive a deadlock error, your data that has been input is erased. Your only option is to select close on the screen and redo. If there is not a way to repair the deadlock errors then I would suggest adding a button to rerun your entry. Whether it be an accounts payable invoice the data or purchase order, selecting checks, entries, etc... in the window where the option is to close add a rerun button that would process the current data entered and rerun. This would prevent lost data and reentry. We are having to re enter data multiple times a week b/c of deadlock errors. This option would at least keep us from entering data multiple times.
