We have our system set to calculate as we enter time, so I get warning messages a lot. While I understand the importance of these alerts such as an employees deductions exceed his net check, it is crazy to get this message once his time has bee entered and exceeds the deductions. Example: I have entered only 1 day's time, so his deductions would exceed his net pay. There should be a warning for this. However, after entering time for days his gross wages minus taxes and deductions leaves a positive check amount, yet I still continue to get this error. I find this very frustrating to have to run the register to ensure his check is not a negative amount. Once the earning minus taxes and deductions leave a positive check amount, you should not get this warning.

Yes! Or, make the warning go away once the error has been corrected instead of having to close, reopen the timecard, then save to see if the warning comes back or not.
This kinda goes with all warnings that come up when entering timecards.
