It makes no sense. When you set up a new project and billing format, it actually asks for the Architect, however the only information you can enter is a customer number.......... Also, on the additional tab on the project record it asks for the "Owners Project Number", why not have a filed to list the Owner too.....
Contacts are a useless feature in this system. You should be able to link contacts to every report, form, etc., yet that is not an option. I was told to set up user defined fields for this information, which is redundant, however you still cannot add them to all reports or forms.
