I find the management report to be one of the most useful reporting tools in Procontractor, especially now that a drill down has been added! HOWEVER, the report breaks down for us about once every month or two and we need to contact support to have them repair the report. Committed costs and occasionally cost to date start calculating incorrectly.

We started with ProContractor in October 2016. We were overwhelmed since prior to that time all of our job reporting and job orders were created manually. Once we started utilizing the purchase order and subcontract features, we had many issues with committed cost. Most of it, early on, was data entry error due to the learning curve on creating and posting against these orders. However, now that we have our posting errors corrected, the management report is still incorrect for committed cost. Much time is loss attempting to reconcile. What exactly is the problem with the management report being unstable?
