Need Standard Financial Reports

Please - just the very basic of reports - an Income Statement for last year?  Instead, you give an Income Statement-12 month, but (1) it has NO TOTAL? and (2) the months are backward and (3) it starts with the December from two years ago?  What is that about?  And a Trial Balance for last year?  A GENERAL LEDGER REPORT?  What do other companies use?  Does everyone have to export their reports to Excel and then customize them themselves?  Why isn't there a "store" for all customized reports so people can purchase the templates rather than all of us having to re-invent them?
